Der BETA-8 Digital CO2 PPM Controller bietet eine praktische und kostengünstige Möglichkeit zur Steuerung Ihrer CO2-Injektionsgeräte (CO2-Regler & Generator). Kurz gesagt: Schließen Sie Ihr CO2-Gerät (z. B. einen Brenner oder Gasregler) an dieses Gerät an; der beiliegende Sensor misst dann die Menge des CO2, > sendet die Messwerte an das Beta-8-Gerät > das Beta-8 sendet ein Signal (je nach eingestelltem Programm) zum Öffnen/Schließen des Geräts, das das CO2 steuert.

Der BETA-8 verfügt über einen hochwertigen, externen CO2-Sensor (mit 5 m Kabel) und eine eingebaute Fotodiode, um Ihr zusätzliches CO2-System automatisch nur während der Tageslichtstunden zu aktivieren und die CO2-PPM-Werte gezielt zu halten.
Der BETA-8 verfügt außerdem über ein einstellbares Totband (Deadband) sowie eine Min-Max-Anzeige. Mit der „Fuzzy-Logic“-Funktion lässt sich ein Druck-CO2-System noch genauer steuern. Der CO2-Sensor kann einfach neu kalibriert werden und arbeitet jahrelang zuverlässig und präzise.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
