Der Water Content Sensor WCS-1 ermöglicht es Ihnen, den prozentualen Wasser- und Nährstoffgehalt im Substrat zu überwachen. Dies ist entscheidend, um die Kontrolle über Ihre Bewässerungszyklen zu maximieren. Wenn Sie EC und pH Ihres Substrates überwachen möchten, schauen Sie sich den neueren WCS-2 an.
Der Feuchtigkeits-/Wassergehalt wird in Echtzeit sowohl am WCS-Modul selbst als auch am Aqua-X NFS-1 und in der Smartphone-App angezeigt (Dafür müssen Sie jedoch Ihr NFS-1 mit einem Router verbinden. Wir empfehlen eine Prepaid-SIM-Karte und einen passenden 3G-Router, wie den Tenda 4G Router oder das Huawei B311; grundsätzlich benötigen Sie einen Router, der mit einer Prepaid-SIM-Karte und nicht über eine Telefonleitung betrieben werden kann).
Es können bis zu 8 WCS-1-Sensoren an eine einzelne Aqua-X Einheit angeschlossen werden. Wenn mehrere Sensoren verbunden sind, wird der angezeigte Wert als Durchschnitt aller angeschlossenen Sensoren berechnet.

Aqua-X Komponenten, die Sie vielleicht möchten (oder benötigen!)
- Aqua-X Bewässerungssteuerungssystem (NFS-1) – Die Haupteinheit, die Sie benötigen, um alles zu verbinden. Der WCS-2 funktioniert ohne dieses nicht!
- Aqua-X Wassergehaltssensor (WCS-1) – zeichnet die Feuchtigkeitswerte im Medium auf und erstellt Graphen (wichtig zur Kontrolle von Trockenphasen!)
- Aqua-X Reservoir EC/Temp Sensor (PCT-1) – protokolliert und visualisiert den EC-Wert in Ihrem Reservoir
- Aqua-X Reservoir PH Sensor (PPH-1) – protokolliert und visualisiert den PH-Wert in Ihrem Reservoir
- Aqua-X Inline EC/Temp Sensor (PCT-2) – wird hauptsächlich zur Kontrolle des Drainage-EC verwendet
- Aqua-X Inline pH Sensor (PPH-2) – wird hauptsächlich zur Kontrolle des Drainage-pH verwendet
- Aqua-X Sensorboard für Bewässerungssteuerungssystem (AMP-2) – Dies wird benötigt, um EC- oder PH-Sensoren zu verwenden!
- Programmierbares Timer-Modul / Gerätestation (DSP-2) – zum Einstellen der Pumpen-Timer

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
