Grodan Steinwollwürfel sind perfekt geeignet für die Anzucht von Stecklingen und Sämlingen.
Anwendung:
- Da Steinwolle pH-neutral ist, sollte sie vor der Verwendung auf einen pH-Wert von 5,5 - 5,8 eingeweicht werden.
- Die Größe 3,6 x 3,6 x 4cm passt in größere Grodan-Blöcke mit großem Loch.
- Bereits mit Loch für einfache Handhabung
Grodan Steinwolle wird aus geschmolzenem Gestein zu feinen Fasern gesponnen und anschließend zu Würfeln, Blöcken oder Platten gepresst. Grodan besitzt eine enorme Fähigkeit, Nährlösung aufzunehmen und gleichzeitig viel Sauerstoff zu speichern, was zu einem schnelleren Pflanzenwachstum führt.
Stecklinge, die in Würfeln angezogen werden, lassen sich problemlos in größere Blöcke und anschließend in Platten umpflanzen, oder auch in andere Substrate wie Erde oder Kokosfasern.
Grodan Steinwollprodukte sind ein fantastisches Anzuchtmedium für hydroponische Systeme. Die Steinwolle speichert sehr viel Feuchtigkeit und stellt dennoch sicher, dass die Wurzeln ausreichend mit Luft versorgt werden. Die Grodan-Produktreihe ist besonders gut für Tropfbewässerungssysteme geeignet, sofern eine ausreichende Drainage vorhanden ist.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
