Stellen Sie eine sichere Verbindung zu Phonic Trap oder Schalldämmungs-Lüftungsrohr mit diesem Verbindungskit her – es enthält alles, was Sie benötigen, um Schalldämmungs-Lüftungsrohre sicher mit Ihrer anderen Absauganlage zu verbinden.
Bei schallgedämmten und Phonic Trap Rohrleitungen werden sowohl die Innen- als auch die Außenschicht während des Betriebs unter Druck gesetzt. Es ist notwendig, sowohl die Innen- als auch die Außenschicht mit dem Flansch abzudichten – dafür ist das Schnellverbindungskit gedacht. Es verhindert, dass Luft durch die Außenschicht entweicht. Sparen Sie viel Zeit mit dem Verbindungskit für Lüftungsrohre.
Das Schnellverbindungskit ist in folgenden Größen erhältlich. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie die richtige Größe wählen, damit es zu Ihren Lüftungsrohren, Ventilatoren und Filtern passt:
- 100mm (4 Zoll) Metu Klemme/ 100mm männlicher Verbinder / 100mm Schlauchschelle / Phonic Trap Tape

ANWENDUNG DES SCHNELLVERBINDUNGSKITS
Sie müssen sowohl die Innen- als auch die Außenschicht am Flansch abdichten, um Leckagen zu vermeiden. Befolgen Sie die folgenden Schritte, um eine starke Abdichtung sicherzustellen. Sie benötigen:
1x Verbindungskit für jede Seite des Lüftungsrohrs, die Sie anschließen möchten.
1. Befestigen Sie mithilfe des enthaltenen Klebebands die innere Rohrschicht am Flansch.
2. Ziehen Sie den akustischen Schaumstoff so hoch, dass er das atmungsaktive Material bedeckt.
3. Ziehen Sie die äußere schwarze Schicht so hoch, dass sie mit den anderen beiden Schichten abschließt, und befestigen Sie sie mit einer Schlauchschelle.
4. Optional: Kleben Sie die Schlauchschelle an das Rohr und den Flansch, um Bewegungen während des Betriebs zu verhindern.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
