IWS Flood & Drain – Funktionsweise
Das "Brain" flutet das System zu festgelegten Fütterungszeiten, die vom Benutzer eingestellt werden. Die integrierten Schwimmerschalter schalten das Fluten automatisch ab, sobald das präzise Flutniveau für Ihre Töpfe erreicht ist. Nach Ablauf der Fütterungszeit pumpen die Ablasspumpen überschüssige Nährlösung schnell und leise zurück in den Vorratsbehälter und re-oxyginieren sie dabei. Dies ist ein vollständig automatisiertes System, das Ihnen Sicherheit gibt, dass Ihre Pflanzen alles erhalten, was sie benötigen – auch wenn Sie nicht vor Ort sind.
Das Brain
Die IWS-Steuereinheit, auch bekannt als das Brain, ist das Herzstück jedes IWS-Systems und sorgt für die „Intelligenz“ in IWS.
Der Timer
Das Standard-16mm-System wird mit einem 15-Minuten-Segmenttimer geliefert, der in die Brain-Steuereinheit integriert ist.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
