Warum ein Grove Bag verwenden?
Grove Bags hat mit TerpLoc® eine Folie entwickelt, die wirklich einzigartig ist. Wenn jedes einzelne Gramm zählt: Wenn dein Produkt nicht richtig gelagert wird, ist deine ganze Mühe vergeudet. Grove Bags kombinieren aktive Feuchtigkeitskontrolle mit antimikrobiellen Eigenschaften, um niedrige Sauerstoffwerte aufrechtzuerhalten und das perfekte Klima für die Aufbewahrung zu schaffen – so bleibt dein Produkt sehr lange frisch!
Grove Bags sorgt dafür, dass dein Produkt bei einer relativen Luftfeuchtigkeit zwischen 58 % und 62 % gelagert wird, um Farbe, Konsistenz, Aroma und Geschmack zu erhalten und zu verbessern.
Nach dem Versiegeln stößt der Beutel überschüssigen Wasserdampf und Sauerstoff ab, um das ideale Mikroklima für das Curing deines Produkts zu schaffen. Die Größen für ein Pfund und ein Viertelpfund eignen sich hervorragend für die Langzeitlagerung und zum Schutz der Produktqualität.
Schimmelprävention
Schimmel kann früh im Curing-Prozess auftreten, wenn das Produkt nicht richtig getrocknet und gelagert wurde. Alle Grove Bags verfügen über eine aktive Feuchtigkeitskontrolle, sodass Feuchtigkeit kontinuierlich in die Taschen hinein und heraus fließen kann und die Werte ausgeglichen bleiben. Das hält dein Produkt nicht nur länger frisch, sondern ermöglicht es auch, das Produkt früher als bei Konkurrenzprodukten in unsere Taschen zu legen.
Sauerstoff- & Feuchtigkeitselemente
Diese beiden TerpLoc®-Elemente wirken zusammen, um Sauerstoff zu diffundieren, wodurch der Atmungsprozess verlangsamt und überschüssiger Wasserdampf abgeführt wird – zur Vermeidung von Schimmel und zum Erhalt der Produktpotenz.
UV-Element
Dieses TerpLoc®-Element bietet erstklassigen Schutz vor schädlicher UV-Strahlung, welche dauerhaft die Qualität mindert und das Endprodukt verschlechtert.
Antistatik-Element

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
