Das Dimlux 315 Komplettset besteht aus einem extrem langlebigen digitalen Vorschaltgerät mit ganzen 7 Leistungsstufen von 165W bis 380W. Zusätzlich zu den 7 Leistungsstufen ist mit einem Dimlux Maxi Controller kein Kontaktorrelais mehr notwendig.
Die durchschnittliche Lebensdauer der Vollspektrum- und Agro-Leuchtmittel beträgt 16.000 Stunden, wobei 80% der Lichtleistung erhalten bleiben.
Das passiv gekühlte Reflektordesign ermöglicht eine einfache Demontage, Reinigung und den Lampenwechsel. Es kann außerdem mit einem Lüftungsschlauch gekoppelt werden, um die Wärme direkt vom Reflektor abzuleiten.

- Warme Luft kann über einen 50-mm-Anschluss am Reflektor abgesaugt werden, was die Raumtemperatur deutlich reduziert.
Zudem können separat erhältliche Zusatzreflektoren installiert werden.
BITTE BEACHTEN: Die 315W CDM Leuchtmittel müssen wie folgt eingebrannt werden: Beim ersten Einschalten muss die Lampe mindestens 15 Minuten ununterbrochen betrieben werden. So können sich die Metalle im Inneren der Lampe korrekt verbinden.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
