Dieser Schüsseltrimmer ist mit einer abnehmbaren Handkurbel ausgestattet, mit der die Wischer-Gardinen gedreht werden, um große Mengen schnell zu verarbeiten. Austauschbare Klingen mit gerader Schneide und Wellenschliff sind enthalten, um nasses bzw. trockenes Material zu schneiden.
Die Schüssel des Blättertrimmers hat eine antihaftbeschichtete Oberfläche und sammelt das Schnittgut Ihrer Pflanzen, um die Verarbeitung zu erleichtern. Durch die Antihaftbeschichtung und die Edelstahlkonstruktion lassen sich Schüssel und Klingen leicht reinigen; auch das Gardinenmaterial aus lebensmittelechtem Silikon ist einfach zu säubern.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
