Drehen Sie einfach den Konverter in die vorhandene E40-Fassung Ihres Reflektors ein und schrauben Sie die CDM-Lampe mithilfe eines sauberen, trockenen Tuchs so fest wie möglich in den Konverter in Ihrem Reflektor. Wenn die Lampe nicht so fest wie möglich eingedreht ist, kann es zwischen dem Mittelkontakt der Lampe und dem Lampenhalter zu Lichtbögen kommen.
Dies lässt den Lötanschluss am Boden der Lampe schmelzen, was zu Schäden führt und die Lampe unbrauchbar macht.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Lampe sauber und vollständig frei von Fingerabdrücken und anderen Verunreinigungen ist. Achten Sie abschließend darauf, dass Ihr Reflektor in der richtigen Höhe für Ihre CDM-Lampe aufgehängt ist.
Die Wattzahl Ihres Vorschaltgeräts MUSS mit der Wattzahl der verwendeten Lampe übereinstimmen, da sonst ein hohes Risiko für Brände oder Geräteschäden besteht. Verwenden Sie ausschließlich ein spezielles 315W CDM Vorschaltgerät, um die CDM-Lampen zu betreiben.
Verwenden Sie niemals ein HPS- oder MH-Vorschaltgerät mit CDM-Lampen. Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine Steckdose und schalten Sie das Gerät ein.

This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
